Blending Technique:

There is a technique that you need to follow for achieving optimal results. You need to start using a blender at low speed  so that the carrots are broken down into smaller pieces.

Once you see that  the carrots are being chopped into smaller pieces, then you can increase the speed of the blender until the desired consistency is achieved.

Straining the Juice:

After blending, the juice will have a thick and pulpy consistency. So, you will need to strain the juice to separate the pulp.

For straining, you will need a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth. Once the pulp is separated, you will need to press the pulp with a spoon or spatula to extract the remaining juice from it.
