Can You Make Celery Juice in a Blender?

Yeah, it’s possible to use a blender to make celery juice, but it’s a bit different from using a juicer.  What a juicer does is extract all the juice and leave the pulp behind. But a blender mixes up the entire celery stalk, Giving you a thicker juice that is  Rich in fiber.

  • Fresh celery stalk.  
  • Water, but it is optional.

  • Blend the celery:  Take the chopped pieces of celery and place them into the blender.  And if you want to add a bit of water just to make the blending process faster and easier, then you can add it. Otherwise, it’s not compulsory. Then, you need to close the blender.
  • Blend until smooth:  In the beginning,  don’t put your blender at high speed so that the blender can crush all the big chunks of celery pieces. Then, you can slowly increase the speed with time.  Blend till the celery is liquidish and get a more juice-like consistency.  
  • Strain (optional):  Well, if you like your celery juice with less pulp, you can use a strainer in order to get as much liquid  as you can. For straining, you can use a fine mesh strainer, cheesecloth, or nut milk bag as a strainer. 
  • Serve immediately:  you can pour  your juice into a cup or glass and enjoy it right away for best taste and nutritional benefits. Then you can refrigerate the remaining leftover juice by filling it in an airtight container. This will help it to last for 24 hours.

  • Use a high-speed blender: By using a high-speed blender,  the juice is completely smoother, producing the best results, and the amount of pulp in the juice will be less.  
  • Add flavor enhancers:  If you are that kind of person who likes to experiment, you can add flavor enhancers like lemon, cucumbers, ginger, apples, etc to improve the taste of your juice.You can  Try different combinations to see what works the best.
